We are located in Fairfax, VA and provide services to clients in Northern Virginia and the Metropolitan Washington, DC area. Our office administrator can explain the evaluation process, answer questions, and schedule your appointments. The billing coordinator can further predict the support you will receive from medical insurance. We bill your insurance company as a courtesy. After you schedule an appointment, you will receive a packet of materials to be completed prior to your appointment.
